 Denise Wilder is a strategic partner to Midwest Executive Search and a seasoned search consultant with a strong lower middle market recruiting background, working with companies in the $15M to $50M range with concentration in the manufacturing, industrial and highly engineered products industries. Denise specializes in finance, and accounting. Her career began with Lehman Bros., and Goldman Sachs. Denise then spent a decade with a private boutique search firm where she headed up the finance group while placing CFO’s, VP’s of Finance and Controllers. Additionally, she has been Assistant Talent Acquisition Director of a large Automotive Supplier.
Denise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Denise is an accomplished Grade 5 Alpine Mountain Climber.
